  • Yes, there are 30 storage units in total, 2 of which are ADA units. These will be on a first come first serve basis, people can select the location of their unit.

  • Yes, with restrictions. Rentals must be for at least six months, and the entire unit must be leased. Individual rooms may not be rented separately.

  • Yes. Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, sound producing devices may not be used in a way that disturbs other residents.
